Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All digital products sold by The Digital Hostess (including Canva templates, digital invitations, and downloadable files) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link or Canva template link has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us at kellysfineststore@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve it.
